Broken plastic part? We can make a new one3D printed replacements from a photo and a few measurements
A snapped clip, a lost knob or a cracked bracket often means buying the whole thing again, because the manufacturer doesn't sell the part on its own. We can usually model a replacement from a photo and a ruler, print it in tough plastic and post it anywhere in Ireland. You don't need a 3D file.

What we won't print
- Anything safety-critical: child car seats and harness buckles, helmets, brakes, climbing or lifting gear.
- Parts that get hot, such as inside an oven, kettle or engine bay. PLA softens at about 55 °C and PETG at about 75 °C.
- Brand logos and badges.
How it works
- 1
Photograph it next to a ruler
One photo from straight above and one from the side, with a ruler in the shot. If you have the broken pieces, put them together. A photo of the part it fits onto helps too.
- 2
Add a few measurements
Overall length, width and thickness, the size of any holes and the distance between them, and for a clip, the size of what it clips onto. A calliper is best, a ruler is fine.
- 3
We model it and send one price
Design and printing together, delivery included, before anything is made. If we think a part needs a different shape to be strong enough when printed, we tell you.

Printed and posted
In PLA or PETG, then An Post to your door, days rather than weeks. If it doesn't fit quite right, send us a photo and we work out an adjustment with you.
PLA or PETG?
PLA is stiff and neat, and right for parts that stay indoors and don't get warm: knobs, covers, shelf supports. PETG is tougher and handles heat, damp and a little flex better, so we use it for clips, car interiors, bathrooms and anything outdoors. If you're not sure, we pick the right one for the part.
What it costs
A simple clip, drawn from your photo and printed, typically costs about €30 with delivery in Ireland included: about €15 for the print and €15 of design time. Bigger or more detailed parts cost more, and you always get the full price before we start. See example prices for how printing is priced.
